Section 01

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "pit888" / "we" / "us" / "the Company" refers to the operator of the pit888 online gaming platform available at pit888.net, authorized to operate under PAGCOR regulation in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the pit888 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services, including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and fishing games.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for and uses a pit888 account.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the pit888 platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Real Money" refers to actual Philippine Peso (PHP) funds deposited into a pit888 account through any approved payment method.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin winnings, or incentive amounts credited to a player account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability. pit888 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a pit888 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid government-issued ID number, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. pit888 is not liable for consequences arising from outdated account information provided by the player.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the pit888 platform. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names or identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pit888 may merge, suspend, or permanently close all accounts associated with the same individual and may forfeit any balances subject to regulatory review.

Section 03

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pit888 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All actions performed using your account credentials are considered to have been authorized by you. pit888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, available in your account security settings, to provide an additional layer of protection.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify pit888 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. pit888 will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. pit888 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal from your pit888 account, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or SSS ID), a selfie with the ID, and proof of address dated within the last three (3) months. pit888 reserves the right to request additional documentation where verification is inconclusive. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pit888 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to the remaining balance of inactive accounts, as disclosed in the account terms at registration. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

pit888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). pit888 does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party payments, or payments from accounts not registered in the player's own name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically reflected in your pit888 account balance within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the issuing institution. pit888 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and a minimum withdrawal amount as specified in your account dashboard. Approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or for accounts undergoing enhanced review.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only permitted to payment accounts registered in the same name as the pit888 account. pit888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds or that are flagged by the platform's fraud monitoring systems. Players must not attempt to withdraw bonus funds that have not yet met their applicable wagering requirements.

4.5 Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to pit888 — other than in cases of genuine unauthorized use — constitutes a breach of these Terms. pit888 will suspend the account immediately upon receipt of a chargeback notice and will pursue recovery of any outstanding balance through lawful means, including referral to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine financial authorities.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pit888 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified on each promotion page. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated for the promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus funds and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pit888 employs systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine play, or participating in coordinated group play to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have their bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be suspended.

Section 06

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on pit888 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems from third-party providers that undergo periodic independent audits. pit888 does not manipulate game outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available for review on the relevant game information panel.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a software, hardware, or network malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, pit888 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's account. Winnings paid out as a result of a verified technical error are not valid and may be reclaimed by pit888. pit888 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.3 Live Casino and Sports Betting

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the respective game provider as displayed during the live session. Sports betting markets, odds, and settlements are governed by pit888's sportsbook rules published in the sports section of the platform. pit888 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by confirmed match-fixing, results manipulation, or data feed errors.

Section 07

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pit888 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age or providing false age information.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security feature of the platform.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment credentials for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (RA 9160, as amended).
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pit888 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your pit888 account to any third party.

Section 08

Intellectual Property

All content on the pit888 platform — including but not limited to the pit888 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of pit888 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No content from the platform may be reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without express prior written consent from pit888.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pit888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damages resulting from interruption of service.

pit888's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pit888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions including those affecting payment processors or game providers.

Section 10

Privacy & Data

pit888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules. The full details of how pit888 handles your personal information — including what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights as a data subject — are set out in the pit888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering a pit888 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data subject rights — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — by contacting pit888 support through your account help center.

Section 11

Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your pit888 account at any time by submitting a closure request through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC and wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Termination by pit888

pit888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable cause — including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or any activity that poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the platform. In the event of termination for cause, pit888 will determine the disposition of any remaining account balance in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.

Section 12

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to pit888's right to refer regulatory matters to PAGCOR.

Players are encouraged to raise disputes in the first instance through pit888's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. pit888 will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of a formal complaint being raised.

Section 13

Amendments

pit888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter player rights or obligations — may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of the pit888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1 above.
